The Return of CM Coversets!

Received my first order from CM & I’m so happy to say that I can’t tell the difference between the old & new CM bookcloth coversets!

I ordered a ruby coverset from CM and it looks, feels & seems to be just like the old Creative Memories coversets!

 

I’ve missed you, old friend!

Other than the new coversets having the CM logo on the inside back cover they look the same.

Similar versions of these were offered by Ahni & Zoe previously and while I did see them before I was not that familiar with them.

The F2F albums that CM is selling are a true 12’x12” size. (This is different from those sold by AZ – they were not true 12x12.)

The cover is not bookcloth.  It has a different feel to it...sort of rubbery.  I heard someone compare it to dolphin skin.  I’m not sure about that but it does have a sort of tacky feel and it’s a crumb magnet – fortunately it does wipe clean easily.  If you can, I advise seeing & touching it in person. I do love the look of the designs on the F2F albums.

You can easily cover up the pre-printed F2F pages if you like. (Sheet of paper covering up the left hand page.)

New Tape runner refill in an old CM Tape Runner.

I think these will be made with the familiar blue color after the current AZ stock is depleted.

Paper Packs – a nice heavier weight than the old CM printed paper.  Each pack has 12 sheets – 2 pieces each of 6 designs. 

CM is looking for a source for cardstock!

A few notes about other products:

*The 9” Trimmer was designed to be used with photos, not paper.   I do think that there are plans to redesign this so it’s for use with photos & paper when the current AZ stock runs out.

* CM is working on getting the CCS blades back.  There is a fairly lengthy lead time to do this but it is in the works.

* Coming soon:  Side Loading Sleeves!  You can find these in the CM Section under the “Pocket Pages” category!
